Our closed-loop batch chemical synthesis pipelines at MIDC Tarapur run under stringent automation matrices to control moisture, contamination, and hazard levels.

01. Raw Material Sourcing

We source feedstocks from verified domestic and international suppliers. Every raw batch undergoes analytical sampling at our laboratory receiving dock before storage yard injection.

02. Automated Processing

Reactions occur in stainless steel jacketed batch reactors equipped with electronic thermal and pressure monitoring loops. Custom fractionation is controlled via automatic reflux parameters to separate high-boiling volatiles.

03. In-Line QC Verification

Mid-process and final synthesis products are routed to testing stations. Gas chromatography confirms active composition levels, and Karl Fischer analyzers confirm dry solvent compliance before dispatch approval.

04. Sealed Packaging & Logistics

Finished chemicals are drummed in clean HDPE containers or transferred to tanker fleets using sealed, dedicated vapor-recovery loading arms, and dispatched with fully documented COAs.
